Overview: The Center and the Temple University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, in partnership with the Philadelphia University Engineering and Design Studio and the Villanova Institute for Environmental Engineering Research were awarded a grant by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development to conduct research as part of the Pennsylvania Green Growth Partnership.

The Partnership will:

Attract new green building ventures to the state by demonstrating leadership in green building design and materials, and sustainable development technologies

Retain Pennsylvania's existing building product manufacturers by helping them to benefit from the growing market for green products

Create jobs by connecting building product manufacturing companies with new markets on the national and international stage
