TEMPLE UNIVERSITY FORT WASHINGTON PLANS
GRADUATE OPEN HOUSE

WHERE: Temple University Fort Washington, 401 Commerce Drive

WHEN: Wednesday, January 10, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Deciding on a successful career path is one of the most important decisions a person will make. Often the proper education and training is key. Having the information you need about graduate courses available is a step in the right direction.

Temple University Fort Washington will hold a Graduate Open House on Wednesday, January 10, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., to help familiarize visitors with its varied graduate course offerings.

Visitors will receive valuable information about graduate degrees in the following programs: Business Administration (M.B.A. and M.S. programs); Community and Regional Planning (M.S.); Electrical and Computer Engineering (M.S.E.); Educational Administration (Ed.M.); the Master Teacher Program (M.S. Ed.); Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs (M.S.); Pharmaceutics (non-thesis M.S.), and Social Work (M.S.W.).

Program instructors and advisors will be on hand to discuss the various options available, said Marylou Delizia, director of Temple University Fort Washington.

“In addition, if (visitors) are ready to start spring semester classes, they will be able to register that night for classes,” Delizia said. The spring semester begins Tuesday, January 16.

An information session on the M.B.A. program will be held at
6 p.m. Special information sessions on the non-credit Meeting Planning, Wedding Planning, and Photography certificate programs will also be held at 6 p.m. Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the Fort Washington campus.

The event will also highlight various advanced non-credit computer courses and certificates offered, such as Computer Applications, Digital Photography, Database Management, and Web Site Design. More than 500
non-credit courses covering a wide range of fields and topics are offered at Temple University Ambler and Temple University Fort Washington during the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
